Our Sauvignon grapes are gently pressed straight after harvesting. The carefully settled juices are then fermented at low temperature.
Our White Sancerre possesses a bright, pale golden yellow colour. Due to the "caillottes" soil, the wine is very intense and predominantly fruity on the nose,
mingled with fine floral notes and a touch of minerality.
The wine's entry is clean and expressive on the palate. The balance between fat and freshness, the result of a short period of ageing on fine lees,
perfectly matches the wine's power and long lasting aromas.
